Budget - how much money are you willing to sink in for a home gym

We all know that home gyms or home gym equipment can cost a lot of money, from hundreds to thousands of dollars,  depending on its brand or capability. Generally, the more known the brand, the more expensive it is, though not always necessarily. And the more complicated it is and the more exercises it is capable of, the higher its price tag.

Exercise Requirements - what body parts you intend to work on

The best home gym for money should also answer your exercise requirements. Which body parts you are going to work on will determine the type and capability of the equipment you're going to consider.

Space - what equipment will fit into your available space

Another important consideration is the available space you have at home. Definitely, this will also impact on the type of home exercise equipment that you can set up.

  1. Three problems of installation of a home gym have been nicely put forward. It is true that bulky fitness equipment requires more space and mostly are costly and is not fit to tone up the whole body. However, small sized equipment like the resistance bands you mentioned is really effective and economical and is a good suggestion to eradicate three inconveniences.
